Guiñez in Chile

As i listen from my dad, and from all the the people named Guiñez that i ever know, the roots of Guiñez family are in a small town near of Chillán called Pemuco. My grandfather Ramón Arístes Guiñez Vega born in Pemuco in 1913, his parents (my great-grandparents) was Floridor Guiñez and ?? born in Pemuco too.
In Pemuco there's a lot of people named Guiñez, in fact Johnson Guiñez Núñez was the major of Pemuco for 14 year.

The Beginning

I don't know wich is the better way to introduce the idea of this blogg. So I start with who i am. My name is Gonzalo Guiñez Muñoz, i'm from Chile, in South America, i'm Electronic Engineer and I'm 26 years old. In this moment i'm writing from Puerto Varas in my parents house, in the next weeks i move up to Santiago to work.


The Reason of this website

The major reason to do this site is that in the past 3 months i find a lot and specially NEW information about the Guinez (or Guiñez) lastname (or family) of places that i don't have idea that was some connection with the information that i know about Guiñez lastname.
So i think that is interesant could summarize all this information in a permanent media like the website.
